Fixes

• The command anchorectl application artifact list now displays unknown for the description field when the artifact has not been analyzed yet.
• Improve error handling of anchorectl airgap feed download command when the output directory was written by a version of AnchoreCTL 5.20.x or earlier.
• The anchorectl airgap feed download command now uses the config variable ANCHORECTL_HTTP_TIMEOUT for the HTTP timeout when downloading feeds.
• The anchorectl image one-time-scan command correctly supports the files gate with the suid_or_guid_set trigger.
• Allow for an image that has a media type of application/vnd.docker.image.rootfs.diff.tar.zstd to be added and analyzed successfully.
