AnchoreCTL Release Notes - Version 5.27.0

Note: AnchoreCTL v5.27.x versions are compatible with Enterprise v5.27.x deployments.

Fixes an issue where AnchoreCTL environment variables are not documented. Available environment variables are now included in the help output and documentation.
Fixes an issue where the anchorectl event list --help required the correct case when providing level values but the help text suggested uppercase. The command can now accepts any case (e.g., info or Info or INFO).
