Security
- Addresses the compromise of the eMudhra intermediate certificate authorities. AnchoreCTL is now built with Go 1.26.10 and rejects TLS certificates issued by them, and the AnchoreCTL container image now carries a current Debian 13 CA certificate bundle that does not trust them.
- Various supporting libraries and dependencies have been updated to address security advisories.
