Improvements
- Various supporting packages have been updated in order to improve security.
- New limit
payload-threshold-byteswill add Namespaces to a batch until the payload size exceeds the specified threshold. Once the payload threshold has been reached no new Namespaces will be included in the payload but it should be noted that the last Namespace added before the threshold was reached will be included. Therefore, it is possible that the actual payload size can exceed the threshold.
